RETURN POLICY:

If a person wants to cancel, the Cooperative will return his money without delays.

FEE POLICY:

  • Children under 4 travel free.
  • From age 4, all children pay full ticket.
  • There are discounts for older people.
  • The ticket price per person is $ 125.00 pesos plus $ 25.00 pesos for CONANP bracelet.
  • For groups of 30 people or more the cost is $ 130.00 per person entitled to a courtesy.

SECURITY POLICY:

  • All boat operators have a Sea Card, training and qualifying experience.
  • The operator provides security recommendations for tourist protection and enjoyment of travel.
  • We comply with the safety standard required by Harbor Master, Civil Protection of the State Government, Department of Tourism and General Attorney of the State, to provide security to the domestic and foreign tourist.

  • When a customer contracts the service, it is awarded a travel insurance for travel.
